Allergies can be a real bother, and many people find themselves hunting for natural remedies to alleviate their symptoms. Though I am not one that has constant allergies I do have the occasional issue when dealing with a lot of dust or in extreme allergen conditions. Homeopathy is what I use for everything so of course it is what I use for allergies.

Two common remedies that I often use for allergies are Allium Cepa 30c and Arsenicum Album 6c. Allium Cepa is especially useful for treating allergies that present with watery eyes and a runny nose. These are the classic hay fever symptoms, this sometimes happens to me when I am exposed to a lot of dust and particles outside. On the other hand, Arsenicum Album comes in handy when I'm dealing with allergies that cause intense sneezing. This often happens to me when I am inside and I come across some dusty clothing that has hung too long in the closet without being worn or some other dusty deep clean. Both of these remedies can help with seasonal allergies or environmental triggers.

If I had allergies that were really affecting my life I would also use a baseline homeopathic to uproot the underlying chronic issue. Calcarea carbonica is one such remedy that I learned to utilize in my studies but is not the only one able to address chronic allergic woes. There are a few different ways to employ the use of Cal carb, one such way is using it in a 200c every other day. I personally don't employ this because my reactions are only occasional and quickly taken care of acutely with the above homeopathics.

Remember that other homeopathics can also be used for allergies and these are by no means the only ones if you don't find relief using them.
